cds-dropdown should move on scroll with its anchor

Hi,
The dropdown component is not following its anchor when someone scrolls up or down.
Positioning isn't responsive either, as when the viewport size is changed, the menu remains in whatever coordinates were used to render it.

Has someone else experienced it?
