Newbie - try to get into the project

Stumbled over this project and while I'm playing around with Claude Code I started to install the repository on my MAC, compiled everything and it worked perfectly. Now I'm trying to get deeper into the code base and I wonder:

• is there some kind of IDE where I can play with V, compile and debug code
• is there some kind of source code documentation where I can get more insights about the V repository?

I already noticed some code places which I don't understand but I'm pretty sure, they are perfectly correct but my knowledge lacks the insights. So trying to fiddle this out would be a nice learning exercise!

Another option you've to try It's actually not as IDE but extension with a precise reference and updated version only, you've to try "v-analyzer" find it to vscode extension store.
