[Issue]: UI can't open after launch, always connection error out

Issue Description

After sdnext launch successfully and I click the 127.0.0.1:7860, the page either just keep loading and soon can't connect, or oepn a few sec, and shows "connection errored out", I don't know why... and how to fix? quite need for help.

1. browser extension as sceenshot shows;
2. I use V2rayN, no 3rd party firewall.

i'm not familiar with V2rayN. extensions look ok, but can never be sure - i've seen similar issues with adblocker extensions.
in general, something is blocking your browser from accessing local page. server is up, but browser is blocked from accessing it.
as a test, try using clean browser without extensions and no V2rayN or anything that might interfere in communication.

I got a chrome, clean, and without using vpn, local page can open successfully, but a new error ofen comes up, like this:

and page get freezed, click whatever and nothing happen.
Guess still have sth block the connection, might it be firewall? (I just have windows defender)

motd error is non-critical, but its indicative that something is resetting connections on your system.
and if that connection gets closed, its most likely happening to others - and thus you see page not doing anything.
i really cannot help much here, you need to figure out what's doing all that on your local system.
