New Metadata to be extracted: AUDIO_PRESENT in video

One user gave as a feedback to @cristinailli that they would like to be able to filter videos where no audio is present. This could be something we extract akin to the dominant color. On the Cineast side, this would require implementing an additional feature module, and once implementation is done, this should probably be added to the frontend as a filter.
