feature request - 生成离线 html #49

基于普通用户案例：
用户安装时遭遇问题，杀毒软件或旧系统问题。让用户访问 github 的地址，有无法打开的风险。
希望 release 里可以包含一份离线的 html，以便用户用 Chrome 等现代浏览器直接打开使用。
