Module Not Found when running Vitest-dev

I have a typescript based project. Whenever I run my test that is dependent on module in node_modules. It fails with Modules Not Found.

When I go into the file and add .js to it, that error will be resolved, only to be succeeded by another error of another file requiring me to add .js to it.

2. Pre-add js

3. Post add js

4. Error again with the next import
