WASM and vite v5.1

I am having errors along the lines of:

wasm streaming compile failed: TypeError: Failed to execute 'compile' on 'WebAssembly': HTTP status code is not ok

When trying to run wasm (wa-sqlite) with vite 5.1+ in dev mode. It is working fine with 5.0.x. Is there some update I need to make? I couldn't see anything that seemed relevant with the changlong...

Would you create an issue with a minimal reproduction so we can track this? You shouldn't need to update anything related to WASM in 5.1

I'll do that, though looking at it now, I am using vite-plugin-wasm, so probably it's an issue with their integration rather than vite support.

It's looking like it's going to be a massive effort to find also, because a very simple setup is not producing the same error. I am also very reliably able to reproduce on the main project I'm currently working on, but not on another which has a virtually identical setup for workers/wasm. So it's probably just a weird setup thing... Sorry for the noise.
