Network - Width constraint sometimes fail (Ver 4.21)

The width constraint settings breaks on and off randomly when you're in the canvas. When i hover over a node, it sometimes goes back to the specific width I've set. See below for the examples.

I've submitted PR #4154 with a proposed fix for this issue. Currently awaiting review.
