Call me daft, but I think I'm missing where to put in my tuya api credentials.

Full credentials are required by tuya-cli wizard.

To use the tuya-smart-device node is required only device-id and local key, found using tuya-cli wizard, or via the 'Tuya Development Platform', or using Tuya OpenAPI. See ISSUE#139.
