Modal ShowAsync() problem

the modal ShowAsync() method only updates the title and message if the values supplied are not nullorwhitespace.
That means that if you use a modal component with a title, and then re-use it you cant do it without a header because you cant overwrite the title value with a blank once its been set

Workaround:
You can bind a value to the Title property and set that to null between calls to showasync()
