Downloads fail - error combining video and audio

Hi,

I'm consistently getting an issue when playing from URL, and Playing from Safari extension where Screen errors out saying that it could not combine the video and audio. Sometimes it will create a video file without audio, but typically no files are generated.

M1 Ultra running 12.4, Screen version 1.7.6.
