Add push notifications #45
Description
The web Notifications API allows a website to send push notifications to a user's device. These could be really handy for various things, for example:
- When the creator of an event you've bookmarked makes an edit to it (eg time or location)
- Reminders when an event you've bookmarked is about to start
- Special announcements from the vibecamp team
There are lots of other possibilities, these are just some examples. But the first thing to do is the foundational work to give us an easy way to work with notifications. Then we can start fleshing out all the various use-cases.
