GEF: Unify Printing results with PrinterGraphics

Using PrinterGraphics will lead to different print results when done with Windows/GTK or MacOS. All figures will be bigger on MacOS. Reason is the calculation of the scale factor being dependent on Display#getDpi

Use the same model as last time.

@akoch-yatta I get the following print results:

• Master branch: WithLabelMaster.pdf
• Your branch: WithLabelBranch.pdf

Both look to certain degrees broken to me. But the modified one especially seems to use unfitting font sizes.
