How to set bodyParser sizeLimit for app route route handlers?

I can't find any reference in documentation to enabling a request body size limit.

Anyone know how this is done or we have to implement our own now?

I've seen in other threads the suggestion to use experimental.serverActions.bodySizeLimit but this doesn't work, seems to (understandably) only be for server actions.
