Can we use this ai npm in MERN Stack?

Hello everyone!
As an AI chatbot development fan, I am making many custom chatbot with chatgpt. And I was using my own chat-stream feature using SSE.
But I found this npm in a few days ago and it is really helpful.
But there's no use guide in MERN Stack. Only I could see only Next.JS usage guide.
Can we use this in MERN stack?
If so, please guide me.
