Svelte OpenAI Chat Completion

The documentation shows a completion example for Svelte but none of the other examples provide a Svelte example of a chat completion. I'm struggling to get things wired up trying to copy from the React example.

Can you share the code you have? the main changes are replacing useCompletion with useChat and using the new messages/setMessages instead of completion/completion
