Workflow submissions not automatically deleted when Drafts from Front-end Submission are deleted #179

Describe the bug

I have a Front-end Submission where users can edit Entries as Drafts. These editions are saved in the Workflow plugin for publisher to review.

When any of these Drafts are deleted (using the native Craft functionality), the submission is still stored in the Workflow plugin. This doesn't make sense, as the edit doesn't exist anymore.

I think that the Workflow submission should be automatically deleted after the Draft is deleted.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Submit a new Draft from front-end
  2. Delete this new Draft in the CP
  3. Check the Workflow submissions

The reason they still exist is so that you can see the review trail. If the submission is deleted, you've got no "paper trail" of the review process - even if the draft has been deleted, or applied.
