Nodes are not removed when related entry section is removed

Describe the bug

When we remover related entry, node is removed as well. but when we remove whole section that related entry was, nose is not removed. It retains old url and title, just without existing entry.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add entry to node
2. Remove whole entry section
3. Node still exists
