2.0.36 - phone field "Invalid number"

Describe the bug

The frontend shows an error of "invalid number" when entering a valid UK number, where the country is also set to UK.

Steps to reproduce

1. make phone field required
2. enter a valid uk number e.g. 01423 123 123, 01423123123, 01423 123123, 1423123123, 1423 123123, 1423 123 123,
3. get frontend error

Form settings

• Submission Method: Ajax
• Client-side Validation: Yes
• Custom Form Templates: Yes

Ahhhh just found out it was Cloudflare's rocket loader, works now I have disabled it:

I'll leave this open if you want to look at addressing but feel free to close.

I'm surprised Rocket Loader would have anything to do with that, so that's quite interesting. I'll look into it.
