Sending out of Wallet

So I have finally been able to get inside my wallet. I am now trying to send some VET to another wallet and it is not letting me. I am under 'Single Transaction'. Do I set the gas at 21000? Does it cost me any VET to send out of my wallet? When I try to send to my Atomic Wallet address I get the following: ERROR body: invalid hex or decimal integer "0xNaN"

Please advise. Thank you.
