Describe the bug
Transfered 2 days ago VET Tokens from Binance to Ledger wallet, please let me know what information you need from my Binance transaction to solve this issue. Thanks

hi @Conrado1963 , please provide the following information to [email protected]
1.Transaction ID (Binance to ledger device ). you can find it on the Binance exchange.
2.Screenshot of ledger wallet detail page (wallet address needs to be shown) in sync/sync2
3.Screenshot of ledger wallet detail page (wallet address needs to be shown) in Ledger live
4. Copy https://github.com/vechain/thor-sync.electron/issues/543 and paste it in email content

Ledger Wallet Address Sync, have 2 (I have 2 ledgers)

This is where in stuck, on my Ledger i have the Vechain app, then i go to Sync, have two wallets i sent above, but none have any tokens, so transfer the addresses to my ledger is where i find the issue.

Cant get past this point.
This is where i need help, all the info I read mentions receiving tokens, in my case I already sent the tokens, cant find them and havent received on ledger.
I must be doing something wrong (feel so stupid), hopefully you can help me understand so I can continue sending VET to my ledger,

hi @Conrado1963 ,
it seems that you accidentally transferred your asset to BSC network(screenshot#1). You may need extra steps to access/recover your token.

Step1:

please follow the guide to export your Ledger private key method#6 guide

Note1: you need to change the Coin to VET - Vechain.
Note 2: you may see the address & private key which you sent to the BSC network.

Step 2:

please follow the guide recover VET sent using Binance Smart Chain

Step3:

Due to privacy and credential concerns. I will suggest you "create" a new ledger wallet.

Note: if you decide to transfer your vet to sync, please make sure you select the correct network VeChain
