How to avoid collisions of nodes. #339

Hello,

I have a graph with several nodes.
Until the graph is renderes some nodes are overlapping eachother.
How to avoid this overlapping?

@ChristophKind you can add a collision force to separate the nodes apart, a bit like in this example:

force-graph/example/collision-detection/index.html
