I am porting multirom to my device. Could it be possible that primary and secondary ROMs can all have their own passwords? I have disabled encryption in my build of multirom, and encryption will not be a problem.

Actually the passwords are stored in the hardware keystore. When u add a password/pattern/PIN in secondary, the primary password shall be overwritten and primary wont be able to access it.
Theoretically, a software backed keystore should allow it to work but given its support in newer android releases is limited, I dont know how far it will work.
