Replace WinX Powershell to CMD

Hello
I switched from Windows 10 to Windows 11 24H2 LTSC IoT Enterprise
There is a problem for me
at Taskbar Settings there is no option to Replace WinX Powershell to CMD
Registry hacks failed, It's also not possible to change it from WinX Shortcuts folder (i did a lot of tricks and all failed)
Can you please make it possible to bring it back?
