Vaadin Control Center add button to scroll to the bottom of the Logs page

Describe your motivation

Currently to see the latest logs we need manually scroll to the bottom of the Logs page. It can be challenging when we have a lot lines of logs.

So would be good to have a button which will scroll the page to the bottom. And another button which set default behavior to pre-scrolling page to the bottom just after opening the Logs page.
