Can't delete lines from credit note created from a sales invoice

Not being able to delete the lines is related to 'move stock' being set on the invoice lines. That could be default to off, so that lines could be deleted, but would require the person entering the invoice/credit to know whether to set it or not based on the invoice line. This will need further thought and discussion.
