• replace dnscrypt-proxy to /vendor/*/xbin/dnscrypt-proxy
• replace dnscrypt-proxy.toml to /system/etc/dnscrypt-proxy/dnscrypt-proxy.toml after modifying it with chosen settings and resolver

in your installer zip?
