Some issues collected

As I don't know if this is the right place to post issues, I've collected them. If it is correct here, I could also split them up into single issues!

• standard zoom level in settings isn't respected
  Reproduce:
  New deployment, new survey, set location and standard zoom level (to maybe show whole city)
  => map displays as it should
  Add a survey with location, add entry and publish
  => Map displays the entry with highest zoom level focused on the location of the entry
  No matter what zoom level gets set in settings, the map always zooms onto that single location.
  Even when deleting the entry again, the map doesn't show the location in settings but stays on that single (deleted) point
  Related? Map should auto size to fit all posts #1411

• Survey description doesn't get displayed
  A survey has a name and a description.
  Where and when is the description shown?
  My understanding and need is that the description gets shown when adding a new entry to give the user infos, an explanation, hints etc, but it isn't shown. It's only the name which shows when adding an entry.

• Duplicating a german survey ends in empty duplicate
  Add a survey and set standard language to German
  Duplicate survey
  => duplicate is empty

• Bulk actions in data view without function?
  Switching on "bulk actions" in data view on mobile allows to check entries, but has no options, what to do with them!?

• Survey with tasks to be checked shows as "under review"
  I understand that there are entries "under review" and "published" ones if it has no tasks. But there's no way to differentiate entries with uncompleted tasks from ones with completed tasks, which aren't yet published. So a 3-step note in data view would be good:
  "tasks pending", "under review" & "published"
