Hi, so a nice option would be to make this app on android to save memos on phone, to not have to use own server or your server. App looking like memos web page, but saving all on the device, like an offline notes app.

Have a look at the community page. There are projects that provide Android clients for Memos.
Give them a try and if you find your feature is not there add a feature request to the project
