Inserting a code block into an ordered list indeed causes the ordered list to restart numbering

Steps to reproduce

Posting a memo with the following markdown code:

1. This is step 1:
```
some code here...
```
2. This is step 2:
```bash
some code here...
```
3. This is step 3:
```bash
some code here...
```
