micro blogging platform

Thanks for the software. I've been using it for about a year, for home notes. For me, it's almost perfect as a micro blogging platform, but something is missing for me. Can I remove the webhook and Access Tokens options from the user interface? Basically, the user should only have access to the commenting and note-writing features. Is it possible to create an additional user class like (reader) with minimal access?
