Sync Background and StatusBar color on SplashScreen

What would you like to be added:

Currently the StatusBar on SplashScreen is the default one out of the box. It would be better if it would be nice if it synced with the background color from the UnoSplashScreen base.props.

You should be able to use the StatusBar extensions in Toolkit, if Toolkit is installed in this template.

Otherwise this is usually done from the styles.xml for Android
