CLI: mpath sync

• CLI
  • add mpath sync subcommand
  • add progress bars to mpath cp
• core
  • io.copy(): remove src_fs and dst_fs kwargs
  • io.copy(): data is not being read fully into memory but read in chunks
  • path.MPath.walk(): now returns a DirectoryContent named tuple
  • path.MPath: add checksum() method
  • path.MPath: ls() and walk() methods now always return MPath instances
  • path.MPath: add cp() method
  • path.MPath.is_directory(): doesn't raise FileNotFoundError on HTTP based file systems
