Story Explanation

User Story

User cannot upload new projects to DCS, but can upload projects they previously downloaded from their account on DCS.

The user with this problem was running MacOS Sonoma. The problem does not appear on MacOS Sequoia. Appears to be a specific to the version of git bundled with Sonoma (git version 2.39.3 (Apple Git-146)). Work-arounds appear to be:

• updating to MacOS Sequoia
• upgrading to “Command Line Tools for Xcode 16.2” - requires Apple Developer account
• installing xcode and configuring Mac to use xcode command line tools

Info Implemented this fix: git.addConfig('http.postBuffer', '157286400');. It defines a buffer size that only applies to the current repo.

Verified in translationCore 3.6.10 (c3947fe). Not seeing the error when uploading a new project to Door 43.
