Which Umbraco version are you using? (Please write the exact version, example: 10.1.0)

Bug summary

After remove UI Culture of a user, that user can not login to BackOffice
image

Specifics

No response

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Users section then go to current user's detail
  2. Remove value of UI Culture as image above
  3. Save user and logout
  4. Login to that user again
    => Can not login to that user

Expected result / actual result

After remove value of UI culture and save, it should raise a notification for missing UI Culture and can not save .
User can login to backOffice
