Hey all, if you ever encounter any issues with networking, working with sockets, or other LAN or online connection issues, (and don't want to write a formal issue), discuss them here! I'll be noting some stackoverflow websites that have helped me, for example.

If you encounter OSError: [WinError 10048] Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted and you can't find the process yourself, in Task Manager, for example, this helped me find the process to kill it. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15952663/find-the-pid-of-a-process-that-uses-a-port-on-windows

You might have this error if you (try to) have 2 bankers running, or a game which failed to close the server correctly.

How to kill such a process? On windows, the following should work.
`C:\Users\adamj>netstat -a -n -o | find "3131"
TCP 192.168.0.141:3131 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING 5888

C:\Users\adamj>taskkill /PID 5888 /f
SUCCESS: The process with PID 5888 has been terminated.

C:\Users\adamj>netstat -a -n -o | find "3131"

C:\Users\adamj>`

Where "3131" is your port opened, and 5888 is the process id (PID) response you get from the first command. I simply reran it at the end to show that the process is killed. /f flag forces the process to be terminated.
