Future plans for the code

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am trying to simulate interactions between shockwaves and liquid jets. One important aspect missing from the code is the surface tension force in the governing equations.

Describe the solution you'd like
Are there any plans to incorporate the effects of surface tensions in the code? If not, can you indicate which files need to be modified so I can add surface tension to the code myself?
