Problem with the outflow BC while using the CWENO scheme

Hello. I am running a case similar to the shock-cylinder interaction case of Sembian (which is mentioned in the test cases for UCNS3D) and I am having problems using the CWENO with the outflow BC. The code runs fine if I use a Wall BC but I do not want reflected shocks in my simulation. Since outflow is the only non-reflecting boundary condition I can use, can you suggest what I can do? I used the MUSCL scheme but it is too dissipative for what I am trying to do.
