Problem with periodic BC

Hi, im trying to do a channel flow simulation using ILES and I have trouble setting the periodic bc in the streamwise and spanwise.
I've set the wall bc for the top and bottom wall using pointwise.
In the UCNS3D.DAT file, I set the BOUNDARY CONDITIONS to be 1: periodic. However, no periodic bc is applied for the channel.
Could anyone provide some instructions or informations on how to set the periodic bc?

Did you ensure to give the correct BC flags to the different sides of your domain while exporting mesh? Which mesh export software are you using? UCNS3D works best with pointwise exported .cas files of Fluent format. Symmetry is the equivalent of periodicity, if you are using Fluent as the export format from pointwise.
