t_dl_flinker_job_run_queue表的修改时间(modify_time)默认值不同统一,应为
modify_time ： CURRENT_TIMESTAMP ON UPDATE CURRENT_TIMESTAMP COMMENT
create_time ： CURRENT_TIMESTAMP COMMENT
初始化DB时使用HS导入，报错。
