Writer-Hbase 插件数据为空字符串时，写HBase 失败并抛空指针 #43

writer-hbase -> RdbEventRecordHandler.java 如上图所示，当数据是空字符串时，由于此时不是null, 进行设置后，在往HBase 写时将失败，抛空指针异常。
