The https://microsoft.com/devicelogin URL is printed twice:

$ ssh [email protected]@localhost
== Provider selection ==
  1. local
  2. Microsoft Entra ID
([email protected]@localhost) Choose your provider:

Access "https://microsoft.com/devicelogin" and use the provided login code
https://microsoft.com/devicelogin
