Create a command-line tool which allows removing users from the database

There is currently no supported way to remove users from the authd database. We want to create a command-line tool which allows doing that.

Might there be an update regarding this tool? This would be very helpful. Would this tool have an option to forcefully update the user's entra groups or delete groups?
