Resume from sleep not working on Nvidia system.

At least on many older Nvidia systems, resume from sleep fails to resume the monitor.

The fix usually suggested was to modify /usr/bin/nvidia-sleep.sh.
But it is part of the read only filesystem. It would be immensely useful to have this fix as really available as possible to users.
