Describe the bug

No encoder video ffmpeg with FFMPEG amf
ffmpeg -encoders | grep amf yes h264_amf and hevc_amf

What did you expect to happen?

Resolv problem ..........

Output of rpm-ostree status

Yes updata enable

Hardware

i7 9700kf and rx 580 8gb

any more problem
