from Bosung and Catherine Rawn:
Let students thumb up or down responses submitted by other learners which they review in the Reflection phase.

This could possibly be used to promote answers.

Discussed at brown bag session. Apparently thumbing-down has resulted in some negative situations in other courses. Probably better to limit to thumbing-up?

Issue tabled for now, but to be revisited after inappropriate flagging added (#61). The idea would be to increase the student interaction with peer answers, so students could ultimately: tag problematic ones (e.g., "Mark as inappropriate"), but also tag high-quality ones (e.g., "Mark as helpful") or incorrect ones (e.g., "Mark as unhelpful"). Students would not know how their answer was tagged; only instructors/instructional teams would see this.
