Prerequisites

Developer modein uBO Lite's settings and the issue still persists. - I have verified that the issue still exists after using the
OptimalorCompletefiltering mode. - I have verified that the web browser's built-in content blocker/tracking protection, network wide/DNS blocking, or my VPN is not causing the issue.
- I have turned off all other extensions and the issue still persists.
- If this is about a breakage or detection, I have verified that it is caused by uBO Lite and isn't a site or browser issue.
- I have verified that the browser I am using is up to date with no pending updates.

Description
The cookie popup gets caught by the optimal & complete filters and leaves the entire site greyed out. Basic filtering allowed me to declare cookie preferences and continue to the site.

The cookie popup is in a modal overlay which gets basically cleaned out by one of the stricter filters - GDPR cookie popups should generally be unaffected, and this one looks to be a good faith cookie popup by a generally reputable telecom company, and more agressive filters targeting site overlays should probably dumpster the grey modal overlay too if they can. My near-zero experience with modern FuxtJS webAPI dev cannot tell how "standard" their cookie popup implementation is, though.
