Fixes #3605.

@ErrrorMaxx with this you should be able to set the DNS server in your config file with, for example:

[dns]
    network = "udp"
    address = "1.1.1.1:53"

Note that this only applies once chezmoi has read its config file. Specifically, when you call chezmoi init --use-builtin-git github.com/ErrrorMax/dotfiles the lookup of github.com with not use the configured DNS as chezmoi will not have read its config file yet.

Would you be able to test this?

Compiled on Windows:

$ go version
go version go1.22.0 windows/amd64

$ git status
On branch fix-3605
Your branch is up to date with 'origin/fix-3605'.

Running in Termux:

$ ./chezmoi data
{
  "chezmoi": {
    "config": {
      "dns": {
        "address": "1.1.1.1:53",
        "network": "udp"
      }
...

$ ./chezmoi diff -R
chezmoi: Get "https://github.com/macvk/dnsleaktest/raw/HEAD/dnsleaktest.py": dial tcp: lookup github.com on [::1]:53: read udp [::1]:59895->[::1]:53: read: connection refused

Error didn't changed

Thanks for testing. I guess a different solution is needed 😕
