Occasionally, users (particularly computer newbies) will ask questions that are unrelated to chezmoi. Engaging with such users and questions can quickly consume a huge amount of time.
Please, instead, mark the discussion/issue as off-topic and close it with the minimal explanation possible (e.g. "this is a question about git, not chezmoi").
I would recommend not even pointing the user to a solution to their problem, as this trains the user to expect answers from us, increasing the chance that they will come back with more off-topic/beginner questions.
This repo is for chezmoi, not providing general tech support.
