Describe the bug
I'm trying to use Execute-code while using another plugin Shiki Highlighter but run button is not displayed
The other plugin works as expected
Is there some conflict? because both plugins manipulate code-blocks

Software Version
mac: 14.3
execute-code: 1.12.0
obsidian: 1.6.7

To Reproduce
Install and enable execute-code
Install and enable shiki highlighter
Create a simple bash code block.
Run button doesn't show up. (Even with run- in editing mode or with reading mode)
BUT shiki highlighter is ok.

Expected behavior
Both plugins work as expected (be able to run code)

Additional context
Your plugins is honestly awesome! Thx for it

same issue with Shiki on my setup. No "Run code" button or anything from this plugin

I do not know which plugin interferes with this, but I have no "run code" button anywhere on the page.
